Brainspotting Therapy
At Graceful Pathways, I’m committed to offering effective, research-backed therapies that help you heal deeply and move forward with clarity. One of the newest approaches I’ve added to my practice is Brainspotting, a powerful method for processing trauma, stress, and emotional blocks.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique that uses the field of vision to locate “brainspots”—eye positions that are linked to unprocessed trauma, emotions, or body sensations. By identifying and gently focusing on these spots, your brain can access and release stored experiences that may be fueling anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, or other challenges.
