Meet our staff!

Nevaeh Rogers, RBT

Hey! I'm Nevaeh Rogers, a Registered Behavioral Technician working with Gulfport Premiere. I am finishing my bachelors this semester at University of Southern Mississippi in Psychology. I have always had a passion for children and helping them learn to navigate through their daily challenges. I have worked as a Preschool Teacher, a behavioral health technician for children struggling with mental health, and now I have the honor of saying I am a Registered Behavioral Technician. I am looking forward to working with everyone!

Meet our staff!

Jennifer Mayfield, RBT

My name is Jennifer Mayfield and I have worked with children for 19 years. 17 of those I spent in childcare and then switched over to ABA in August of 2022 after I received my bachelor's degree in child psychology. I plan to stay within the ABA field while I work on a counseling degree with a focus of child and adolescents. Working with children on the spectrum was not something I initially set out to do, but I absolutely enjoy it and coming to work everyday. Watching them learn and overcome obstacles is an amazing process.

Meet our staff!

Gregory Stanford, BCBA & Owner

Greg Stanford became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017 but had decades of prior experience working with special needs children, first as a behavior technician and then as a teacher at Sand Hill Academy and in the autism classroom at the CARES School when it was in downtown Gulfport. Greg has had extensive training in the Promoting the Emergence of Advanced Knowledge language training system, better known as PEAK. PEAK is one of the most researched programs available with an abundance of clinical studies having been published. One of the unique elements is that it addresses a child’s understanding of how things relate to one another based on the child’s learning history. This allows us to target the skills that underlie complex cognition, reasoning, and problem solving in a way that other programs do not begin to address. Greg has also undergone training and is currently working toward credentialing in the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT) process. This process is an exciting new development in compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis and is foundational to our approach.

About Gulfport Premier ABA

Applied behavior analysis is a psychological intervention that utilizes positive reinforcement to increase desired behaviors of social significance. ABA targets social and communication challenges, coping skills, and other hurdles many children on the autism spectrum may face on a daily basis.

Our highly qualified BCBA's analyze behavior in a safe and fun setting, and create a individualized plan for each client that tackles their personal challenges. Supporting our clients and their care givers is a top priority. We strive to equip our families with the knowledge base they need to flourish in the home and community setting.

Our RBTs are trained to implement the behavior plan created by the BCBA. Working one on one with clients, RBTs are able to form healthy relationships, establish trust, and create an environment conducive to success.
Through patience and persistence we are committed to assisting our clients and their families with overcoming their unique differences.
