Gulfport Sol Yoga We offer group yoga classes throughout the week in Gulfport, FL Classes are donation based. Recommended donation $10-20 though no one is turned away.

No classes, the week of Thanksgiving! Mark Petti and I are going to one of our favorite places to enjoy the holiday! We will be roadtripping to Islamorada. (Photos of our first trip ther) Regular class schedule will resume in December!

Tuesdays at 9:30am - hatha
Wednesdays at 6pm -restore
Thursdays at 9:30am - hatha

All classes include a mini sound bath and don’t forget I do private Sound Healing and personalized yoga as well! Just not next week 😜
