Unsure of the benefits of lower face tox? Often the benefits are subtle. We injected the platysma muscle where it attaches to the jaw on this client to help sn**ch the jawline. The results here show a subtle sharpening around the jaw area! Follow along as we further highlight results of lower face neuromodulator injections and how they may benefit you.

There are two areas in which you can get injections that you didn't know you needed:

DAO (frown lines) - This muscle pulls the corners of your mouth down, which over time, can form horizontal lines below the corners of the mouth. By treating these early, we are preventing line formation. While this client does not currently have lines at rest, we are preventing future formation.

Mentalis (chin) - As we age, the chin muscle tucks up and back, resulting in a bumpy appearance of the skin. Injecting a few units in this area can help soften it.

These areas work together to move the lower face and are generally injected together to prevent one from becoming stronger with more severe movement.
