Great news!! We have a new therapist!! And you're going to LOVE HER! Leslie has been a massage therapist for more than 30 years. She has a Master's degree in Health and Health Policy, she is a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and a Fitness Coaching Specialist. Leslie has extensive training in deep tissue, Sports, neuromuscular as well as Swedish, medical, somatic and Kinesiology massage, assisted stretching, Thai on the table, cupping, and Gua Sha. Urban Gypsies of Florida have been recharged by the Manatee springs. (The spring is the same color as my eyes.) Great fish dinner from local fisherman and Key West pinks(shrimp) Friday night October 6th Waltz Fish Shack. 5:30 till 7:30. This place has kept its Cool vibe for a long time. Sits on the water at the end of John's pass Mad. Beach ,overlooking dolphins swimming by. I met most of my gypsies in the summer of 1997 ,30 year anniversary of The Summer of Love 1967. It used to be called the East End coffee House. Come and jam with the Captain and spread some love !

Maggie Mays got Leta's banjo, Cody on mandolin, Matt on fiddle, and Billy Carr on drums, a blast from the past of the old Bohemian Sw***er days. Jolie is in Puerto Rico surfing. Tribal Disco Gypsy Bluegrass anyone? From the looks of this picture not everyone likes me.

Where shall my next musical adventure be? I'm heading to Memphis Tennessee this week to put my Mama to rest under an oak tree down by the Mississippi River where we used to sit and watch the sunset,and sing and play music with the lovely Leta when we would visit. Then do the last thing my Mama told me to do"Suga, leave your tears in Memphis"! Mama I'm coming home.... I'm going to release you and Leta both, so y'all can move on, and so can I....
