One of Cedar Creek Wellness Group’s Therapists, Emilie Mendala-Mathew, LPC, MSEd, CCFP, CMIP, will be one of the ✨speakers✨ at the event. Emilie will be sharing information on healing through self-compassion and leading you through a practice in which you will venture inward with curiosity, compassion, and loving kindness. Connecting your whole being while in the presence of judgment free energy.🧘🏼‍♀️😌🫶🏼

Our very own Practice Manager, Amy Diggs has been nominated for the Women of Excellence Award. Amy has been an integral part of the operations of Cedar Creek Wellness Group. She has provided countless hours, endless support, and an overflow of love for the practice and our team. Our appreciation for Amy, not only as a team member, but a person, is endless!

Lauren Hughes, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Owner, CEO has also been nominated to receive the Women of Excellence Award! Lauren has shown great dedication and commitment to her visions, the practice, her team, and the community. Lauren has shown great initiative in providing quality care that integrates psychiatric medication management, functional health, alternative and holistic practices, therapy, counseling, coaching, and community involvement.

Our team, as a whole, is proud of these three women and look forward to celebrating them as they, and we, continue to thrive together!
