We all know that massage is so helpful for chronic pain and stress. But did you know how amazing it is for your mental health? I remember very clearly two instances that really helped me when I was in a mental health crisis. One time when I was just 18 years old. I was depressed and just lost as many young adults are. I booked my very first professional massage. I vaguely remember the soft smile of the therapist. The dimly lit lighting and how inviting her treatment room was. I felt like I walked into a truly safe place for me to land. That one hour changed so much for me. It planted a seed in me giving me hope that life has so much more to offer me than what my depression was telling me. At that time talk therapy didn't do any good for me because I was completely shutting everyone out. I didn't trust people. But this massage helped me in many ways I can't describe. Another time was when I was in another tough time in my life and once again it was a soft place to land in this world that can be so hard on us all. I think many of us think we need to be in excruciating pain before we make the investment of massage. I've done it before. I don't book my sessions for pain anymore, I book them for my mental health. The holidays are upon us! Many of you will be off spending time with family and hopefully getting much needed rest. Plan ahead by booking a massage. Thanksgiving week we will be open Monday, Nov 24-Wed Nov 26th and Friday Nov 28th

We will be closed on Thursday, Nov 27 for Thanksgiving and Sat, Nov 29th.

The week of Christmas we will be open Dec 22, 23, half day 24th, and 26th.
