Leia Morrison Coaching empowers yoga teachers & wellness entrepreneurs with strategic marketing, business mentorship, and CE courses—melding soul‑centered wisdom with actionable growth. I am a lifelong lover of wellness and I have a passion for sharing what I have learned with others. My goal is to teach you implemental tools that you can weave into your daily life in the form of healthy habits (physical, energetic, in relationships, in work, in the kitchen, in rush hour... in life). Wellness and health is not about a perfect backbend or arm balance but instead about the concepts of integrating both stira (steadiness, focus) and sukha (ease) in our everyday lives. I am a huge proponent of moving in extra-ordinary ways so that as we age we maintain strength, balance, and flexibility but also look at the WHOLE picture of what you're doing in the kitchen, in your relationships and how you start and end your day. I have experienced my own personal transformation both physically and mentally and I am here to help you do the same! The best format I've found is through an integrative approach that can be done completely online. The accountability and support you will receive will guarantee your success if you are committed to a healthier you. One of the most exciting outcomes that I've seen occur many times throughout the years is the mental breakthroughs that occur. There are many ways to get in shape but only one to KEEP it up and that is by making a shift in the way you think about nutrition and exercise, and most importantly the way you think about yourself and your potential. Join me tomorrow morning at 8:00 at Sanctuary Somatics. This class offers students a calming and intentional approach to movement, focusing on mindful awareness and deep connection with the body. We will slow down the traditional flow to invite space for each breath, each posture, and each transition. Using gentle, controlled movements, we will explore flexibility, strength, and balance while honoring the present moment. Ideal for all levels.

I know it was technically the year of the snake…
But for a lot of us? It was the Year of the Dumpster Fire 🔥🚮

I’m usually bright and cheery in here, but sometimes life decides to shake the snow globe and yeet it off a balcony for good measure. This year delivered challenges as it had them on auto-ship:

💥 Lost my full-time job (with those sweet, sweet benefits)
💥 Lost my mom
💥 Lost my father-in-law
💥 Lost a 20-year friendship
💥 And my health decided to cosplay as a faulty smoke detector: alarming, unpredictable, and always at the wrong time 😅

So yes… 2025, don’t let the door hit ya. BYE. 👋🔥

But…
Even when the dumpster is smoldering and Barbie is chain-smoking in the chaos… there’s always something solid left standing.

I’m wildly thankful for my family who keep showing up.
My real friends (the ones who bring snacks AND sarcasm.)
And the healthy habits that kept this ship from fully sinking (10/10 recommend yoga, lifting weights, swimming laps, meditation, and not screaming into the void… every day).

So here’s to 2026:
✨ Fewer plot twists
✨ More plot armor
✨ And a fire extinguisher in every purse

Because Barbie and I are walking into the new year like:
“Is everything on fire? Yes.
Can we still thrive? Also yes.” 💁🏼‍♀️🔥💕

Cheers to rising, laughing, and rebuilding, one ridiculous moment at a time.

My story

Thanks for visiting my page! I am a life long yogi with a passion for sharing the practice of yoga with everyone. My goal is to teach you how to "practice" balancing all that life throws at us (physical, energetic, in relationships, in work, in life) on the mat so that you can weave these practices into your real life. Yoga to me is not about a perfect backbend or arm balance but instead about the concepts of integrating both stira (steadiness, focus) and sukha (ease) in our everyday lives. I am a huge proponent of moving in extra-ordinary ways so that as we age we maintain strength, balance and flexibility. My "other" life is one of an online fitness coach and certified personal trainer. I have experienced my owner personal transformation both physically and mentally through an online fitness program and I am here to help you do the same! Ideally I’d love to work one on one with you several times and then send you off to work on a home program for 3-8 weeks. This keeps the cost down for you and allows me to reach the greatest amount of people (thus aligning with my mission to change the world). Once you have mastered the moves and understand how to do them safely, the workouts are done at home or at your gym but most importantly they become integrated into your life. You can do them when your schedule allows. Most of these workouts are only 30 minutes so for us busy business owners, moms, wives, city councilors... etc it works! The accountability and support you will receive will guarantee your success if you are committed to a healthier you. One of the most important aspects of my group, even above the weight loss and improved muscle tone and strength, is the mental breakthroughs that occur for many in my Solshine Tribe group. There are many ways to get in shape but only one to KEEP it up for life and that is by making a shift in the way you think about nutrition and exercise, and most importantly the way you think about yourself and your potential. I want to teach you new habits that you thread into your daily life to ensure that you live the healthiest life you possibly can!
