This weekend was a full circle moment for me. I had the honor of holding space at a 9D breathwork event Gallery DeFi with By Design

You know it wasn't so long ago, I was the one in the room, doing the work, moving through my own patterns, learning how to feel, how to stay, how to soften.... and now I am holding space for others through that same kind of experience.

There’s something incredibly humbling about witnessing people meet themselves in real time, breathing through resistance, opening to connection, allowing something deeper to move.

Holding space isn’t about having it all figured out.
It’s about being present. Regulated. Open.
Trusting the process and the people inside of it.

And the truth is… every time I hold space, I’m still in it too. Still learning. Still expanding. Just from a different place than before. I am so grateful for every person who showed up, every breath that was taken, and every moment of courage in that room. In this moment we've come full circle, and just getting started.
