***NEW STUDY ALERT***

A clinical trial of an investigational drug for adults who are living with overweight or obesity and have type 2 diabetes mellitus. While diet and exercise may lead to some weight loss, it is hard to lose the amount of weight needed to change the course of the disease.

The CT-388-104 Study will test how safe and effective an investigational drug could be in helping you to lose weight and manage your HbA1c.

You may be able to join the CT-388-104 Study if you:
• Are 18 through 75 years old
• Have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or above
• Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
• Have tried more than once to lose weight through diet and exercise but without success.
