Day after day, I'm reminded of the immense gratitude I have for my extraordinary staff who leads with care and support. Today was a winter test, indeed, with pipes bursting left and right. Yet, my team sprang into action, expertly relocating residents with reassuring words, exuding confidence that all would be well. Their selflessness leaves me awestruck! I'm deeply thankful for each of them and extend heartfelt appreciation to the families who graciously offered their assistance. I truly love my job, staff, and residents.❤️
