Marshall Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead and direct our maintenance department in an 91-bed skilled nursing facility.

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Maintenance Director or supervisory maintenance role
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to guide, direct, and support the maintenance team
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including:
• Life Safety Code (LSC)
• OSHA standards
• General safety and compliance requirements

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the facility
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Maintain a safe, functional, and well-kept environment for residents and staff
