Dear Patients,

It has been my pleasure to serve our community for the past 30 years as a physician. I have had the privilege of meeting many people and developing lifelong friendships with many patients. Over the past three decades, I have watched many families in the area grow, and have shared heartache and joy with hundreds of patients families. I appreciate your loyalty throughout the years, but now it is time for me to retire.

Effective December 15, 2023, the office will be closing.

Please know that your medical records will be transferred to a Custodian of Medical Records company. This company retains confidentiality, and is HIPPA compliant per federal law. The name and contact information of the company should be available early next week as details are currently being finalized. Those details will be posted here, and in the newspapers in the area.
