October 1st is rapidly approaching!! If you have not filled out your Medical Records Release Form for one of the new practices or for another practice, please do so ASAP!! We have attached a picture of the notice for your convenience. Please make note of the two new practices' contact information and locations. After October 1st, Marshall County Pediatrics, PC's contact outlets will no longer be in service.
