Health transformation is what I bring to my clients through.

As a heart patient, having had a triple bypass at the age of 42, I knew that as long as the Lord would allow me to awake, I knew I was going to change my health around. That required, getting control of my mind and the unhealthy thoughts that I allowed to overtake my health, almost to my death. Creating that turnaround, helped me to successfully get off my heart medications, run/walk a marathon 7 months after my surgery, and be healthier than I was before the surgery.

For those who have chosen to work with me, I help you to break through what may be holding you back from living the life, you have dreamed of living: aging healthier, happier, and wiser. As a Certified Health Coach since 2016, I get to guide others through their health journies.
