Yurt Garden I'm Lynn Anderson, owner of the YurtGarden. I created this space to do the sacred work of helping people heal from physical, mental and spiritual trauma.

I share these tools with my clients so they can create neural pathways to replace the negative ones. By appointment only, appointments by phone or email. We can work around any schedule.

This time of year can be complicated. It can bring a range of emotions from joy to downright anger. Many of us have relatives and friends we've stopped talking to because of the political situation in our divided country. If there ever was a time to breathe, it's now!
Breathe in all the things you have to be thankful for. Exhale the negative thoughts your mind has created. By showing kindness to yourself and others, you walk a spiritual path towards wholeness.
