I offer phone consultations as well as home visits to access your food choices, cleaning products, body products, and any other environmental factors. Poor nutrition, lack of exercise, lifestyle and environmental toxins are the cause of the majority of chronic illness to include obesity, diabetes, heart disease and many cancers and autoimmune disorders. Your body has the innate ability to heal its

elf and we know lifestyle change is very difficult to achieve on your own. I take a holistic approach to healing and focus on prevention as well as the root of existing conditions. Health coaches are not a substitute for doctors, we are your cheerleaders and hold you accountable and guide you in your health journey. Mindset is everything! You can achieve what you believe you can achieve and I am here to assist you with your goals.
