About me...
Karith is a 2011 graduate of The Soma Institute in Chicago, IL. She also obtained a bachelors degree in Public Health Education from Illinois State University in 2003. She is licensed in Illinois, Nationally Certified, and a member of the ABMP Massage Association. She practices independently at The Remedy Wellness Studio in Round Lake, IL. Karith has mastered Swedish massage and also specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point and cupping therapy and hot stone massage. Karith strives to combine both the relaxing and therapeutic effects of massage to benefit client-specific needs. Her life long passion has been to promote health and wellness. When she isn't massaging, Karith is an avid runner, enjoys boating, spending time up north with family and is always exploring other modalities of massage.
