🎉 We’re Growing — and Moving Just Upstairs! 🎉
Our Gurnee office of Tabula Rasa Integrative Health is growing, and we’re excited to share this next chapter with our clients and community.

We are relocating from Suite 120 (1st floor) to Suite 210 (2nd floor) in the same building. This expanded space allows us to better support our clients, create a more welcoming environment, and introduce new services that will positively contribute to both individual healing and our broader community.

During the transition, our physical office will be temporarily closed as we complete the move and prepare the new suite. We are hopeful to welcome everyone into Suite 210 beginning February 23rd.

✨ Good news:
Care continues without interruption. We are actively accepting new clients and seeing current clients virtually during this time.

Starting December 4th, TabulaRasa Integrative Health Inc. is launching a Virtual Open Process & Skills Group designed to help adults (18+) process stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of everyday life.

This weekly group meets every Thursday from 5–6:30 PM CST and offers:
✨ A safe space to process and be heard
✨ Strategies to manage life’s challenges
✨ A supportive community of peers
✨ Fully virtual access — join from anywhere
✨ Most insurances accepted, including Medicaid
