I recently took a health assessment which I thought was very good in helping figure out health action plans. I am overweight and have high blood pressure. They gave me some really good information to do to take care of that. I thought of you because you're one of my Facebook friends and I want to reach out and maybe this is the answer you've been looking for, or maybe it's just random weirdness. Lol.
