As many of you may have heard, our new massage therapist, Jana Derry, had an unfortunate accident just before we were ready to officially launch her massage services. She has since had surgery and is healing well!

While her start date will be a few weeks later than we originally hoped, we are still VERY excited to have Jana joining our clinic team and can’t wait for you to meet her!

In the meantime, we’d love for you to get to know Jana through weekly (or biweekly) “Ask Jana” Q&A posts!

Have a question about:

• What to expect during a session?

We have some exciting news to share!!

We are very pleased to announce the addition of Jana Derry as a full time massage therapist at Allen Family Chiropractic, P.C.

Jana started her journey being born in Guthrie Center. She is an Audubon High School graduate, later continuing her education at The Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny, IA, where she earned her massage therapy licensure in 2005.

Jana has practiced massage therapy for 12 years, working closely with chiropractors, rehabilitation centers, and opened her own practice in C**n Rapids in 2014. Jana has recently moved back home to Iowa from Colorado. After taking some time to raise kids and focus on family, she is very excited to get back into her career and passion for improving people’s health through massage therapy.

Jana currently resides in C**n Rapids with her fiancé, Shayne Vanness, their blended family, and their two dogs. We welcome the addition of Jana and are excited for our patients and community. Please share and spread the word!
