Fun Fact! Pumpkin pie wasn’t served at the very first Thanksgiving.
Early colonists didn’t have the butter, wheat flour, or ovens needed for traditional pies. Instead, they sometimes hollowed out pumpkins, filled them with milk, honey, and spices, and roasted them over hot ashes — kind of like an early pumpkin custard!

Office hours for the rest of the week. Limited availability wednesday left, we have opened up some time on Friday to accomidate. If kids are home from school, it's a great time to get them checked and have them "well adjusted" going into the holiday season.

Even though it happens all the time, there still is a lot of confusion around disc herniation's. A disc herniation refers to a problem with one of the cartilage cushions (discs) that sit between the bones (vertebrae) of your spine.
A spinal disc has a soft center (nucleus) encased in a tougher, rubbery exterior (annulus). Sometimes called a slip or rupture, a herniated disc occurs when some of the nucleus pushes out through a tear in the annulus. This can result in pain right where the herniation has happened, or pain that travels along a nerve to your arms or legs.
If you've been diagnosed with a disc herniation (or multiple herniation's), don't stress- give us a call today!
