It’s been over a year since I’ve been on this page.
So much has changed and there’s still so much more change coming.

The evolution of who I’m becoming is more expansive than I could ever imagine.
I’ve spent the past year focusing on motherhood and leaning into spaces that needed my attention.

But here I am.
I’m back as a new version of myself.
There’s still so many layers that I’m letting go of and 2026 is literally going to be my most expansive year.

I have so much that I want to share and I will when the time is right.
I’m excited to be back over here and to share all the things that I’ve been learning + continue to learn.
Growth is not comfortable, but it’s inevitable.

I’ve enjoyed and have been so grateful for my last year and a half holding sound + breathwork events 3rd Street Yoga Studio. I’ve seen so much transformation with these events and I’ve been beyond blessed to have people show up how they do.

This will be my LAST event doing sound healing as I’ve been called to let it go for a while now. As I part ways with this beautiful modality I hope that many of you can join me as this door closes.
Although this will be my last event like this….its not the end. I’ve got a few things in the works as Breathwork is still a huge part of my life. I also know that I can’t leave 3rd Street fully bc it’s been a home for me.

We’ll be journeying through one last sound bath together, breathwork, light + intentional movement, and deep discussion. So come connect, relax, and close this door with me!

In business then ask yourself what you really want.
Many times we run our business and our life based off of who others want us to be.

This 👆🏽 holds us back from the authenticity that we’re meant to bring forward.
The hardest part of this is being willing to let go of the expectations that others put on us.

So who are you really?

Who are you when feel full joy and happiness?
