It has been a bit since posting. This is the last thing that comes to mind in posting information. Navigating the balance between family, work and self…thanks for your patience and grace in the process.

This is your reminder that the clinic will be closed on Monday. Get outside. Embrace the rain we are getting in Oklahoma - my favorite season is upon us!!!

A few tools to gather as we are already seeing an increase in viral illness - Viracid (for those who can swallow a capsule), Virakid (chewable form and great for those who cannot swallw a capsule), OrthoMune (boost the immune system) and Sinatrol (my favorite for sinus infections and ear stuff…when it “doesn’t work” which is rare…consider reaching for an antibiotic)…

If you don’t have these in your toolbox…add them. If you don’t have access to Fullscripts, get it here. If you need access to these products you can request on Fullscripts or we have at the clinic.

Monday night we chatted all things spirit, soul, mind, and body. We had a fabulous group!! So blessed by the community that has been created at our Guthrie Wellness gatherings!! What a treasure! Thank you to everyone who shows up each time, contributes and makes all of us better! Community is key!!

This morning, Laurie and her sweet daughter Abbie, joined me to harvest lavender at Narrow Gate Farm!! What an amazing place!! This experience lifted my spirit as I looked across at the beauty of our Creator, my soul was fueled being with some people I love, my mind was energized in a calm way as we chatted chemistry in making products, and my body moved!!

Take the time!! There is always something else that can have your attention…but saying yes to helping sometimes is a bigger blessing and just what you need!

Now to try to address more labs and trying to get caught up on work…

Don’t forget tomorrow night at 6:30 at Hoboken…such a treat! We will have two amazing women joining us and sharing on the role of spirit in healing!! I can’t wait for our time together! Join us!! I can’t wait to learn from them and ready to be together!!
