Mothers Day. Take time to enjoy the day and BE where you are in this moment, as this moment.
Ways to stay in moment:
1. Single tasking( avoid multi tasking)
2. Label thoughts without judgement.
3. Mindful Observation. Find an objecy in your environment and take 1- 2 minutes to observe it. Texture, color, shape and all of it's details.
4. Physical grounding. Feel your body contacy in a chair, your feet on the floor or your entire body while resting on a bed.
