Saw some ppl wondering if "The Mind Flayer" was really dead.....
IMO I think technically the "mind flayer" NEEDS a host body to do it's work...... dimension X still exists and it's still there with the black stuff/smoke/particles/"mind flayer" but no host no gateway no portals left soooo unless they had another rock or whatever there's no connection to our world anymore buuuuut
It's not to say it CAN'T be found again Brenners dad and team basically transported themselves there trying to discover invincibility..... so whatever they did could ig be done again perhaps given they still have all the notes and what not from that mission 🤷♀️
But ya I don't think they destroyed the mind flayer just the host.....
