Memorial Hospital of Texas County Authority is a county owned, non-profit Critical Access Hospital licensed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Operating as a Level IV, 25-bed facility, we serve the residents of Texas County and the surrounding communities in the Oklahoma Panhandle. In addition, the hospital operates one clinic; High Plains Clinic offers primary care, pediatric, and family
practice services in Guymon. Our services include: full range of diagnostic imaging services, complete laboratory testing, cardiac and respiratory services, inpatient and observation hospitalization, Swingbed, and the Emergency Department that is staffed 24/7 with a physician and trauma trained nurses and paramedics.
