Our gym is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, fitness balls, bands, weights, and even a sauna. Our unique gym is located at our Gwinner, ND location. We provide physical and occupational therapy along with state of the art fitness equipment. Inside you will find several Precor and LifeFitness Treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, free weights up to 100 pounds, pin and cable resistance machines, Smith Machine, Olympic Squat Rack. In addition, we offer a sauna, locker rooms with private showers, and towel service. We have a professional staff and a stress-free, positive, and friendly environment conducive to your healthy well being.
