Teaneck Reiki was founded by Denise Ramos who's passion is to provide a service to help heal individuals experiencing stress in their everyday lives with the use of natural "energy"

healing or "healing hands." As a three year reiki practitioner, and under the tutelage of Reiki master Heidi Scanlon, Denise is trained to use "White Light Reiki practice" (deriving from the Usui System of Natural Healing better known as Rei and the use of spiritual cleansing "ki") to conduct guided sessions providing emphasis on tranquility, harmony and calmness. Teaneck Reiki future goal is to grow and provide reiki, crystal services and naturally based products to promote a more balance, peacefulness for anyone seeking holistic approach to life.

This month we’ve had our high and our lows, but we can navigate through these fluctuating times . Whenever you’re stressed out take a step back, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Every time you breathe in then when you breathe out, breath out the situation, the issue, the thought, the environment, whatever is causing you stress out of your body. After a few times see how you feel. Lighter, little bit of a change, but something to at least start your day on the right foot! Wishing all a A tranquil and calming start to your day 💜💜💜💜
