All Health Medical would love to introduce our new podiatrist Djavlon Khakimov, DPM, FACFAS. Dr Djavlon Khakimov is a reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon who has extensive training in diagnosing and treating various foot and ankle disorders. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree at York College, Dr. Khakimov continued his graduate degree at New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he received several scholarships and awards graduating Magna Cum Laude and top 3 of his class. He was also inducted into National Pi Delta Honor’s Society for his academic achievements. Afterwards, he completed his surgical residency at Morristown Medical Center. Dr. Khakimov published numerous research posters as well as articles in various medical journals. His special clinical interests include traumatic injuries of the foot and ankle, sports injuries, arthroscopy, Charcot foot reconstruction, flatfoot reconstruction and total ankle replacement. He is a strong believer in evidence-based-medicine and stays up to date with the latest treatment guidelines and surgical techniques. Dr. Khakimov strives to provide the highest quality care to his patients by carefully listening to their needs and ensuring that they feel valued.

All Health Medical would like to welcome our FIRST Pediatrician, Dr. Rosario Calero-Bai. Dr. Calero-Bai has been providing dedicated pediatric care in Northern New Jersey for more than 36 years. She is deeply passionate about guiding and supporting parents in raising healthy, thriving children.

“I feel a profound sense of fulfillment watching my patients grow and develop—from infancy through adolescence and into young adulthood,” she shares. “I always speak to my patients and their families with the same kindness, patience, and respect that I would want for myself. Many of the families I care for don’t realize that I’m more like them than they think, and that connection helps me truly relate to them.”

Dr. Calero-Bai earned her Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her Pediatrics internship at University Hospital. Known for her compassionate approach and decades of expertise, she remains committed to delivering exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
