Medical Assistant – All Health Medical Group
Location: Hackensack, NJ (and surrounding locations as needed)
Position: Medical Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week | 1 weekend commitment per month

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant to support our providers and clinical teams. This role combines clinical and administrative responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is looking for long-term growth within a respected medical group.
Key Responsibilities
Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, weight, etc.)
Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits and procedures
Perform basic clinical tasks including injections, EKGs, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing (as trained)
Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately and efficiently
Assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up coordination
Schedule appointments and support front-office workflow as needed
Provide clear patient education and instructions per provider direction
Maintain infection control standards and HIPAA compliance
Support overall clinic operations and team workflow
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Medical Assistant training program completion preferred
Prior medical assistant or clinical experience preferred
Familiarity with Athena EHR system preferred
Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Rate: $23–$30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
