We are expanding our Cardiology and Primary Care Divisions and seeking an experienced PA/NP passionate about Patient care and patient education, especially within our bilingual communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage follow-up visits.
- Interpret EKGs, stress tests, echocardiograms, and other diagnostic studies under physician supervision.
- Manage hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, and other cardiac conditions.
- Provide patient education on prevention, treatment adherence, and lifestyle modification.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active NJ License (with prescriptive authority).
- Minimum 1 year of cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English — perferred
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
- EMR proficiency and strong organizational ability.
We offer a competitive salary of $130K to $160K based on Experience with generous productivity incentives, along with:
