Mom's night is a must for mental health. Yes, tea and wine do blend. You can host your mom's night here.

We met about 12 years ago through the HIPPY program. Two of us were stay at home moms. This is a program to help you become your child's first teacher. They provide the materials, and an instructor to show you how to teach your children (age 3-5) reading, writing, maths, and science
This is an amazing opportunity for children going to school knowing their letter sounds, how to spell their names. It makes a HUGE difference.

The flyer I shared is open to Bergen county residents only, but there are other hippy programs throughout the country.

Plus you might meet great mom friends at the weekly mommy and me sessions. Hippy is also for moms, or dads. I did see a couple dads attend.
Education is so important to me. It affects children's self esteem. Please take advantage of this opportunity.

Alexis' Naturals is more than a herbal shop, it's an experience.
When I decided to choose this space, this book was the selling point (in addition to having water). I wanted to have a space where when someone was having a not so pleasant day to sit for a moment, and write what they are thankful for. When life is not so good, we forget the blessings that we have, even if it's 10 toes. You have to write 5 things you're thankful for.
Afterwards, you need to manifest what you want. I encourage people to take their list home and review and live as if they already have what they ask for. If it's God's will it will happen.
My goal is for people to exist in a space of gratitude and hope.

I manifested this space. I must say God outdid himself. I'm grateful, and hope this space is a blessing to others.

The only drink I need is a good botanical. My friend wanted to try the vervain... that's a stiff drink.
It's bitter; however it's worth drinking.
It's a nervine therefore acts as a restorative for your nervous system. It's a mild antidepressant and used to treat anxiety.
It's also used to relieve headaches, and migraines connected to the menstrual cycle.

My friends and I were in good spirits all day. I never laughed so much as I did that day. I thought it was my winning personality but I guess it was the vervain😂

Adding seltzer water to my Red honey bush tea is perfect on a bright summer day! Rich in Antioxidants and tastes good.

Summer is going by so quickly. I love summer...the long days, no after school activities, no reason to wake up the kids early...the lazy days of summer....I love it

My office/garden/mediation space/playground...I get to do it all. I am trying to make Alexis' Naturals a really peaceful space. So far according to the reviews when people enter, it is. I still have a long way to go but I am having fun.
Stop by, have some tea. I am working on a calendar of events...stay tuned.(Do people still say stay tuned?..my age is showing 😁)

This blend is more than a menopause blend ..yes, it helps with menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, sleep, vaginal dryness, mood swings... but it also helps with aches and pains.

Late nights, beautiful, restful, early mornings. I am a night owl, and the fenugreek helps me sleep like a log. It helps regulate blood sugar levels for a good night sleep.
It's one of the ingredients in my menopause blend. This blend helps renew my body, therefore, I will be drinking my second dose in the morning. I reuse the same blend since it's roots and berries, you get a stronger dose.
