Got him! 📱

Our team sent our administrator a very serious message that someone needed his help and in classic RJ style, he rushed in right away. But instead of walking into an emergency, he was greeted with a room of laughing and smiling faces, along with a special lunch waiting for him to celebrate Long Term Care Administrators Week! What a fun surprise to make sure he felt and show our appreciation for his leadership and dedication.

Eileen had the joy of serving a full Irish lunch as part of their St. Patrick's Day luncheon. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, great conversations, and a lot of extra luck to go around. Today, we are proud to recognize another one of our team members who exemplifies our standard of commitment. Rudina Gaba can be found any day truly investing in the team at Complete Care at Prospect Heights . Whether simply asking how their day is going, checking in on staff on a personal level, or building genuine relationships across the board—she works hard to make sure everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.

During a recent snowstorm, Rudina stepped in when it mattered most and a helping hand was needed, as she assisted staff with providing care to residents without a second thought. Caught ya, April! 📸

Today, we are celebrating a team member who is deeply committed to providing residents and their families with love, compassion, and the best in care. April (right) knew she wanted to become a nurse after experiencing the incredible care and compassion shown to her by a nurse after giving birth to her daughter. She even remembers the nurse's name to this day and says, "I will always treat all of my patients the way Mrs. Jones treated me."

Even through a short conversation with April, you can feel the heart she puts into her work. In a place that so many call home, her kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment make every resident feel valued, safe, and respected.
