Collectively, we create this realm. Don't wait for others to make this a happy healthy place to live. It starts with you! Each of us have the responsibility of creating our own happiness. If you choose to do nothing, you will end up with whatever is left for you.

Right now our world is full of sickness, violence, destruction and fear, because individuals gave up and became complacent. People let go of control of their own lives and left it to be ruled by others who did not have your best interest at heart. A lot of damage has been done and the clean up is not easy but worth it. Stop letting the system control you. Wake up! Take charge of your thoughts, your feelings and your purpose.

You are more beautiful, powerful and capable than what you remember or have allowed yourself to believe. Look into the mirror, into your eyes every morning and tell yourself you are beautiful, strong, capable, worthy, etc... Give yourself good affirmations throughout the day such as..."I am wise, I am loved, I am worthy, I am successful, I am beautiful". Never use "I am" with anything negative. This takes practice especially for people who grew up being told they are worthless. Learn to not give power over yourself to others. Take ownership over yourself and learn to love yourself unconditionally. Forgive yourself for mistakes, you are here to learn.

Remember the most powerful force that exists is LOVE. Share it first to yourself and then those around you.

Occasionally I find the need to remove myself from electronics (mostly internet). During those times I do a lot of meditation and spiritual growing. Now I am back to research and preparing for the days and months ahead. I try not to look to deep into the future as so many things can change it.

My calendar shows today being Tuesday, April 16th. Today I am going over some of the Fall of the Cabal series and starting more garden plants. I also have been going through everything in the house and packing, sorting, and removing things. My thought is when we move back into the house, after the remodel, the house will be organized. This will be a first for me! LOL

I find when a person has a bunch of hobbies and interests, it can be very difficult to be organized. Anyone else have that issue?

When I first started watching these, I researched the things they were reporting. If they mentioned a date, document, person or event, I looked it up. It did not take me long to see they did their research with great accuracy. I do understand that most of what we have been fed about science and history has been misleading or made up, but I still find this series to be quite informative. It reveals what we have been witnessing for generations and how the population has been controlled.

I also do a quite a bit of esoteric study which involves learning what life and we as humans truly are. Understanding our soul, spirituality and purpose. For this I have been studying the Books of Wisdom, volumes 1 & 2 and the Book of Symbolism. I am currently in volume 2. I am not simply reading these books but studying them, which takes me a few months per book.

Mid week! Thursday, April 4th!

What are your plans for the year?

I think we overfilled our bucket list for the year but maybe can manage to just use a bigger bucket. When we had the store open it took a lot of our time. I have been wanting to create a home space that is my peace and harmony space. A place to grow things and be creative. A place for learning and healing.

Having the store was an amazing, learning adventure and now I have that added knowledge to create what suits me best.

We are redoing our house, giving it a better flow with storage space for food and medicinal stuff. This is a huge undertaking that will take up a great deal of the year. We are creating a new garden space to grow more vegetables, herbs and flowers for the pollinators. We are also creating a better space for all the littles to play.

When we are done, my intention is to be able to have a space for people to come and learn to heal the mind, body and soul. A place where time is not so important and one can take an hour, a few hours or a few days to grow and heal.

If it is meant to be it will manifest. Either way, I know I will have a space that is of comfort to me.

Today is Wednesday, April 3rd.

Running two calendars is a bit complicated but I think I will get the hang of it.

Today after a distant Reiki session with someone in Arizona, I went and sat in the sun with my bare feet on the ground. It felt amazing but I limit my time outside when they are spraying. I have learned to appreciate the sun through windows.

I used to be angry about the spraying. I am learning to let go of all anger. I know in my heart and soul that we are headed in a good direction. Just a few things to clear up first and holding negative energy will not help.

Your world is what you make it! Make it good by choosing to have good energy and good things in it. Let the rest go as it is not worthy of your attention or energy.

Day 2 of the New Year - April 2nd!

Many people set intentions or make resolutions for a new year. Often it is lose weight. Many turn to fasting to lose weight and that is good and fasting does many other good things for us.

Fasting can help lose weight, detox and heal at a cellular level. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves. Have you ever cut yourself and it just magically heals on its own without doing anything with it? Our whole body does that. Problem is all the toxins we are exposed to slows that healing. When we over expose ourselves the body becomes overwhelmed and we are damaging faster than we can heal.

People were not designed to eat 3 meals a day. In the past eating was random as food was available and people didn't have the hunger they do now. The whole idea of eating 3 meals a day was introduced through media and "tel-a-vision". Why? Because there has been a plan in place by elites for generations to completely control the population. The plan involved getting people to over eat and then add toxins (poisons) into the food.

In researching I have found fasting is something that is best done by working your way into it. Start with a 12 or 16 hour fast a few days a week and build up from there. Some people do a 40 day fast. Me personally would not be able to do that. I am currently still at 16 + hours 4 days a week. I do not eat after 6pm and then do not break the fast until about noon the next day. some days I can go until 2pm. It is not a race so do it at your own pace. My goal is to get to a 3 day fast. We all have issues we deal with due to toxin exposures. Listen to your body and go at a pace that works best for you.

Breakfast...to break your fast do it with something light but nutritious like a salad and some fruit. This is also a great time to clean up your diet. Eat healthy whole foods and less processed foods. Get away from artificial and GMO products.

During a fast you can take in clear liquids such as water and herbal tea (without adding any sweeteners).

Today is the day!!!

Today is April 1st, the start of a new year!

Today is a new moon and close to spring equinox. My journey is to relearn the natural cycles of life. I have created a 13 month calendar with 28 days each month that will follow the lunar cycle. This is a learn as I go adventure, learning the moon phases along with astrological signs and how they affect all living things.

This is going to be an amazing year of learning, growing, experiencing, living and mostly growing and sharing in the energy and vibration of LOVE!

After doing some research...we will start our calendar with Monday, April 1st, which on the modern calendar would align with March 18th. This is the new moon and right before the spring equinox. It may not be accurate but it's a start and we believe aligns more with the natural cycle of the earth.

In going with the "old" calendar. The new year starts on April 1st. Each month begins on a Monday, ends on a Sunday and has 28 days. It is also said that the new year begins at the spring equinox.

Spring equinox is March 20th on the current calendar. So, that would mean April 1st starts on Monday, March 23rd.

We created a 13 month calendar and I will be starting it as at the spring equinox. We will be comparing how it flows with nature and the natural cycles all around us.

Also most holidays are satanic so we are not putting the current holidays in. One holiday we do wish to keep is Thanksgiving to be celebrated with thankfulness for the harvest we have gathered through the growing season.

**On a side note: I am researching into a theory that the year was changed and 1000 years added on. On several old building with dates on them in the period around 1860's and earlier, the number spacing is off and the quality of the "1" is different, leaving many to believe the 1 was added much later. You might wonder why would that be changed? When you are trying to control a world population it is done through brainwashing. I believe we are going to find that much of the history we have been taught has been a lie.

Often when people start on the journey of healing mind, body and soul, they quickly become overwhelmed. Daily living has become a nightmare for many. Nothing seems simple anymore.

Before you begin healing you need to DECLUTTER!

Declutter your body, your mind, your soul and your surroundings. You need to clean out all the old crap that is weighing you down. That means get rid of toxins in the body, let go of all the mental garbage that you no longer need to hold on too, let go of actions and feelings that do not bring you joy and peace, and let go of all the material things that clutter your surroundings.

Start by creating 3 spaces (this works for mind, body, soul and surroundings).
1. trash
2. donate
3. keep

For the mind: Trash all the bad memories. If you did something wrong, forgive yourself, file the lesson and move on. If someone else did you wrong, forgive them, file the lesson and move on. Focus on right now, this moment. Don't stress about the past, it already happened, you can't change it so put it in the trash, except for a couple valuable lessons and treasures for the heart, and then let the rest go. Future plans are fun but don't get too locked in because many things can redirect you. Focus mostly on the here and now. Focus on what makes you the happiest.

For the body: Look at yourself inside and out. Do you look healthy? Do you feel healthy? What is your diet like? What is your exercise like? What is your sleep like? I always say, "If you put garbage in your body than you will feel like garbage!". Are you eating healthy foods? Throw out the processed garbage and eat real foods. Are you moving your body enough. Get up and walk or march your feet up and down while sitting and do some arm circles. Are you breathing deeply? Are you bathing with toxic chemicals. You know your skin is your largest organ and absorbs into the body what you put on it. Throw out the sun screen and get out in the sun on good clear days. Are you sleeping soundly? Don't eat right before bed. Drink a warm cup of herbal tea or even plain water before bed. Practice deep breathing before bed.

For the soul: What makes you happy? If what your doing does not make you happy then you need to change what your are doing. Are your thoughts peaceful? Get rid of the clutter to find a peaceful place. Get rid of anger, jealousy, fear and learn to live in a place of love.

Your surroundings: Get rid of things from your house that do not serve you. There was a time when stuff was not so easy to come by, so people would hang on to everything. It is not like that now, so time to change the mindset and let stuff go! Get rid of people in your life that do not align with you. That does not mean throw them out but spend less of your time concerned of their needs. If their energy does not align with yours, they become energy vampires and will try to suck you dry. Not because they are mean or want to hurt you, they just have not found a good path yet. Sometimes leaving them behind encourages them to pick themselves up. Declutter your time. Stop wasting time on things that do not serve you. Spend more time doing things that bring you joy and peace of mind.

These things don't happen overnight but the more you work at them, the easier it gets and it doesn't take long to notice huge improvements.

Some parts are easier and go faster. Some parts take some hard work and dedication. The time will pass anyway so why not let it pass doing things for your own good verses giving up and living the last of your moments in a pit of garbage?

The conscious mind is your daily life. It is your thinking brain. It works with your senses and keeps you active in the matrix. In simple terms it is the controller that moves your avatar in the game of life.

The subconscious mind is what connects you to your soul. It is your inner knowledge. This is where guidance comes from. This is where your purpose is. All the knowledge of your whole existence is here.

It has taken me years of asking questions, doing research and learning to go within to understand these two minds. I grasp it all pretty well now and I am sure there is much more to learn.

I can say, learning to understand these two different minds is very freeing. It allows you to leave the matrix but still function within it. I know I can leave any time but choose to stay to fulfill my purpose.

When I go to post there is always words in place where you type and they say, "what's on your mind?". So, I ask you all....What's on your mind?

That question goes deep for me. As far back as I can remember (about age 5), I have asked tons of questions. Learning to read and then comprehend what I was reading opened the flood gates of learning for me. I spent as much time with elderly people as I could. I lovingly refer to them as walking encyclopedias. I also was gifted with high intuitiveness and some empathic abilities which helped me discern truth from lies. Problem was finding the truth was not always so easy. I questioned everything! What are we? Why are we here? What is here? Who made the earth? Why are there different skin colors? Who made all the different animals? Where do we go when we die? Why are people the same but so different? What makes our brain work? What makes the weather? What is outer space? Why don't animals use words? Who created language? Why are there so many different languages? Who makes the rules? Who gave them the power to make the rules? And the questions go on and on....

I have found answers to many of my questions but often find I end up asking even more questions. I have learned sometimes it's easier to trace backwards to find answers. Also for many things, follow the money trail. Money at some point became the symbol for power. Many believe, the more money you have, the more successful you are. I base success on contentment.

A few years ago the phrase, "Down the Rabbit Hole", became very popular. I admit I went down a bunch of rabbit holes and found they almost all lead to the same place. A large den of lies, deception and need for control. I backed back out and shifted to what caused this and how to fix things. How do we get to a place of love, peace and harmony? This has been my journey, with many little side roads, for the past couple of years. I love this journey as it gives me hope for a better future for my children and grandchildren.

My purpose is learning, teaching, guiding and helping all living things heal. There is a lot of healing to be done. I am working on creating a space to do just that. FYI...On days like today where the sky seems heavy with a haze, find things to do indoors and avoid being out in it as much as possible.

Universal Law #12 - Law of Gender

All creation requires balance. Masculine and feminine. Most living species have male and female.

This is a touchy subject for many. I believe we live in a time of gender confusion. Unfortunately the ones who chose to control this space have manipulated creation to be something other than what it was designed. Through mixed DNA in products to hormone altering substances being sprayed in the air and added to food and drink, every living thing is exposed.

I am looking forward to a time when these things are back in balance.

In truth, many of us know how and why this was done but it will take the majority to stand up up to change things back. We are getting closer. It took centuries to mess things up so fixing things will not happen over night, but it is a purpose worth doing for our future generations.
