Smooth, round, moderate-plus silicone implants (350 mL) were placed through a small infra-areolar incision into a submuscular pocket using the Inplant funnel and the “no-touch” technique. The result is beautifully contoured, symmetrical, and proportionate breasts.

This 21-year-old woman underwent rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting because she was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. Specifically, she disliked her dorsal hump and a large, drooping tip. The dorsal hump was removed, and the tip was beautifully contoured and refined. Septal cartilage grafts were used to provide structural support and create a more balanced, aesthetically pleasing result.

Of course, after breast augmentation surgery, certain restrictions are necessary to maintain your results, protect your health, and support a smooth recovery. If you’re a stomach sleeper, you may need some time to adjust after surgery.

That said, please don’t see this as an obstacle to breast augmentation. With the right board-certified surgeon, recovery can be comfortable, and temporary sleep restrictions won’t stand in your way.

This 20-year-old woman was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. A rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafts was performed: her dorsal hump was reduced, her tip was contoured and defined, and the grafts were used to structurally support her middle vault, nasal tip, and nasal airways while creating smooth, straight, and symmetric dorsal aesthetic lines.

The result is a beautifully contoured, natural-looking nose that is perfectly proportioned to her face.
