We are pleased to share exciting news: FFTA has launched our new virtual Career Center — a national platform designed to strengthen the human services workforce by connecting organizations with strong candidates and helping people discover meaningful, purpose-driven careers in this field.

The platform serves three core purposes:
1️⃣ A high-visibility recruitment platform for all roles across the field.
2️⃣ A gateway into the field — and a pathway for advancement.
3️⃣ A resource hub for hiring professionals and organizations.
