Need to visit our office but don't have dental insurance?

We offer 2 "In Office Savings Plans" which cover the cost of preventive care and offer a discount on basic/major dental procedures! These plans cannot be used in accordance with another dental insurance and are intended for patients who do not have an insurance plan.

Every new year comes with an optimistic list of resolutions many of us forget about by year's end. This year is yours to lock in healthy habits! Here are 3 simple things you can start doing to make a big impact:

1.) Ideally flossing should be a daily occurrence but set a goal to have a regular flossing routine. It can even be a few times a week to start forming the habit.

2.) Try to have a glass of water after acidic or sugary beverages.

3.) Replace your tooth brush every 3 months (That's right! More frequently than you come to see us) with a soft bristle brush to avoid damaging your enamel.

Consistency is key when it comes to establishing new habits. Soon enough it'll be second nature!

Dr. Vander Vliet, who earned the pretigious master designation from the Academy of General Dentisty, is serious about continuing prefessional education.
