March is for Mindset!

As spring unfolds, we start to see, feel, taste, and smell the incredible changes of the season. The motivation of a new spring is a wonderful driver of important growth and can power us up for making changes that we've been contemplating for a long time.

This spring, let the awakening energy of nature inspire you to dream big, explore deeply, and imagine creatively! Spring fever may compel us to organize our physical space...however, let's be sure to take time clean up our mental space as well and pull out the weeds of negativity, and nurture our mindset.

For March, a mindset shift that I am cultivating is to be okay with progress over perfection and bask in my creative powers to live, learn and teach.

Life's journey doesn't always go as planned! Roadblocks and detours frustrate us and try to get us to quit! Accepting that there are things beyond our control teach us to make the most out of the situation and find peace where ever life takes us.

My business journey is teaching me the value of patience. Big goals take time. I am learning that it's ok to have a big picture in mind so I can have a sense of direction when it comes to accomplishing my goals.

It is also teaching me to be patient with myself and how my life unfolds. I am now ok with uncertainty. There's no way to ever be sure of my future, so it's only smart that I start a friendship with the unknown. In my almost 60 years of living all of the "unknowns" I've experienced have turned out to be exactly what I needed to grow in all areas of my life.

For the last 7 years I have been blessed to grow myself alongside some reall amazing people & learn about how to live my healthiest life in the process...even while dancing with stage 3c ovarian cancer!

I have recently made a huge decision that I'm really proud of and can't wait to share it with you soon!

OVARIAN CANCER!

Two words I never expected to hear. When
the doctor told Bill it was cancer our world fell apart.

My life will never be the same again. And in many ways that’s good, other ways it’s sad.

My dance with stage 3 c ovarian cancer was the toughest thing I’ve ever had to experience, yet…at the same time the best life teacher I’ve ever had.

I learned so much going through my dance … some of the days were graceful…others discordant.

I learned who I could depend on and who I needed to let go… and even though I’m 3 years in remission, some decided it was their time to go because my hair wouldn’t grow back!

So be it….I am grateful for the lessons I learned from his departure too! I believe he was supposed to be a part of the experience…for his own growth (whether he realizes that or not). He got me through the toughest part of the dance and for that I am forever grateful.

I learned that I am a courageous warrior, brave and resilient! I learned that I am inspiring and meant to share my story to teach others through my experiences.

I am determined! Determined to share the importance of self care with others, because I’m 99.9% sure that if I had not known or understood how my body functioned I wouldn’t be here now!

And so…with the blessing of my second chance…I will continue to learn & grow myself & share my story…in loving service to all those touched by cancer.🫶


Today is World Cancer Day. And I’ve learned that I’ve been given another chance at life that’s been denied to so many others. That’s not something I can take lightly. 🫶

This time of year the pressure of trying to do everything ― plan the perfect holiday, make it home to see your family, say yes to every event, meet those year-end deadlines ― can be enough to send anyone into a tail spin….

Take a breath…inhale… exhale…

This business is ALL about working together. You will find that people are always helping each other succeed ~ because in order for us to benefit, you also have to benefit.

In the end...we all have the same dreams and aspirations, and that is what unites us. It's that special kind of bond with people through network marketing that makes us one big family!

This kind of business shows you how to become an entrepreneur, leader, and role model ~ a person who helps and encourages people and does what they can to help others also get what they want out of life.
