When families begin making arrangements, many are surprised to learn that there are several different types of cemeteries, each with its own style and traditions.

Some cemeteries feature upright monuments, while others use flat markers set into the landscape. There are also above-ground options like mausoleums, spaces designed specifically for cremated remains, and natural cemeteries focused on environmental sustainability.

Each option offers families different ways to honor a loved one’s memory and reflect personal preferences.

If you ever have questions about these options or how they might fit into a service or burial plan, our team is always here to help guide the conversation.

When families reach out for the first time about funeral planning, it’s often with a lot of questions, and sometimes uncertainty about where to even begin.

Questions like:
• What are our options?
