Residents problems and ailments are constantly ignored because nobody wants to do extra work especially paperwork

The way the employees mainly nurses and supervisors speak down to the residents is awful. They have no respect for the residents

Power went out last week and nurses, Cna’s etc had to run extension cords for all the oxygen and air mattresses. You’d think they would have a better system in place for a power outage.

There is minimal care when it comes to tracheostomy , catheter, colostomy care etc.
