🌟 Meet Ben Mosher, MA, LPC, LMHC, NBCC 🌟
Ben works with adolescents and adults who are feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure of their next steps. With training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he helps clients build confidence, find clarity, and take meaningful action toward the life they want to live.
Clients describe Ben as warm, steady, and thoughtful — someone who creates a safe space to show up fully, challenges and all. He also brings a unique background in executive function coaching, making him especially skilled at helping clients with focus, motivation, and life transitions.
When he’s not supporting clients, you can find Ben snowboarding in the winter, camping in the summer, or relaxing with his wife year-round.
