Mindful Soul Center for Wellbeing is a counseling practice in South Jersey where people can connect to their inner selves and live whole-heartedly. Our specialty areas include counseling for women and tweens/teens with depression and anxiety; pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders; transition from divorce; healing and growth after trauma, grief, and loss; and recovery from substance use. Our therapists use many different modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Art, Music Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and more! 🌟 Meet Ben Mosher, MA, LPC, LMHC, NBCC 🌟

Ben works with adolescents and adults who are feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure of their next steps. With training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he helps clients build confidence, find clarity, and take meaningful action toward the life they want to live.

Clients describe Ben as warm, steady, and thoughtful — someone who creates a safe space to show up fully, challenges and all. He also brings a unique background in executive function coaching, making him especially skilled at helping clients with focus, motivation, and life transitions.

When he’s not supporting clients, you can find Ben snowboarding in the winter, camping in the summer, or relaxing with his wife year-round.
