If we don't walk because we've convinced ourself we cannot walk because it hurts or it seems too tedious......by the time we realize walking is the cure.... we are not able to walk. Walk it off no matter how it feels.

I see people walk in pain EVERY DAY. When I ask them why they are walking when it appears so tedious and painful, the answer is always the same....they walk because it feels better. Walk it off friends walk it off. Happy Labor Day!!
