From the very beginning, our mission has been to help individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. None of this would have been possible without the vision and leadership of our founder, 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐙𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐛. Lindsay’s dedication, compassion, and tireless commitment to serving our community have shaped who we are today and continue to drive our growth.

We’re thrilled to introduce a new branch of our work at Inner Purpose-The Big Feelings Club, a kid-centered offshoot founded by two of our leadership team members, Lindsay Zogheb and Melissa Pine.
The Big Feelings Club is an interactive, year-round space where kids learn about mental health, emotions, and coping skills-all through fun, movement, and creativity. Designed for ages 4-10, each session blends playful activities, mindful movement, art, and age-appropriate mental health education to help kids better understand their feelings, express themselves, and build emotional strength. This week we are celebrating Rebecca’s 2 Year Anniversary at Inner Purpose! 🌟 Over the past two years, she’s become a key part of our trauma-informed treatment and ADHD care- supporting clients with insight, structure, and real-world tools that make a difference. Her grounded presence and thoughtful contributions have made her an essential part of our team, and we’re so glad to have her at Inner Purpose. 💕

Congrats to our Employee of the Quarter, Katie! Katie’s work is rooted in deep compassion and authenticity. She shows up with honesty and care, not just for her clients, but for her colleagues, too. In addition to her warm presence, Katie brings an integrated skillset- pulling from both creative and trauma-informed interventions, such as Sand Tray therapy and EMDR. She also developed our Sad G*rl Dance Club as a space for embodied expression, connection, and play. She’s always willing to support coworkers, offer guidance, and teach through both collaboration and example. We’re so lucky to have you, Katie! 🌟

At Inner Purpose, we believe in creating spaces where people can come home to themselves. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to care that sees them fully. That welcomes all parts of them. That doesn’t ask anyone to shrink or edit themselves to be worthy of support.

In reflecting on Pride Month 2025, we were proud to take that mission into action by:

Hosting a Drag Queen Bingo Night full of joy, connection, and unapologetic expression 🎉

Donating a portion of proceeds to the Cooper Center for LGBTQ+ Health, supporting affirming medical and mental health care in our local community 🏥

Offering spaces like our Pride & Presence support circle, where LGBTQIA+ folks can process, connect, and belong 🌱
