It’s time for some more reiki & chakra education! 📚🤓🧘🏻‍♀️ This is the last chakra in this educational post series as we have now covered the 7 main chakras. 🤗 Have any of these issues or traits struck a cord with you? Reiki can help! ❤️

This last week I’m highlighting the CROWN chakra which is the VIOLET colored chakra in the first photo located at the top of the head.
🟣 Your crown chakra is associated with spiritual connection, awareness of oneness with all that is, ability to be fully present, transcendence, enlightenment, connection with the higher self.
🟣 When your crown chakra is underactive you may feel or be one or all of the following: cynical of spirituality, anger at the divine, rigid belief system, difficulty learning, brain fog, ego attachment, judgemental of others, lack of inspiration, feeling life has no purpose.
🟣 When your crown chakra is overactive you may feel or be one or all of the following: dogmatic, confused, over intellectualizes, arrogant, apathy towards others, disinterest in the world around you, spiritual addiction, ungrounded, disassociated with your body.
🟣 Crown chakra issues can relate to the following health problems: neurological issues, imbalance, depression, migraines & insomnia.

Review from previous weeks- 1. Reiki is hands on energy healing focusing on the 7 main chakras of the body. 2. These chakras are energy centers that can hold onto past traumas, challenges, and/or limiting feelings and beliefs. The chakras then get stuck or blocked which causes emotional and physical issues. 3. Each chakra governs different aspects of your emotional and physical body. 4. Over the last 6 weeks I have highlighted the root, sacral, solar, heart, throat & third eye chakras (see previous posts for info on those chakras).

***Reiki is an excellent complement to medical and therapeutic treatments and should not be used solely to treat any health issues you may be experiencing.
