Kimberlie Wagner - Chief Executive Officer - has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years, with ten of those years being directly in home care. With a background in and passion for service to the elderly, Kim is unceasingly dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care possible is provided to each and every client. Before entering the home care field professionally, Kim began her experience with home care as a family member of a client, where she experienced firsthand how quality home care can be truly life changing. Kim is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, giving her a unique perspective in understanding the benefits of living in your home versus moving to a facility. She looks forward to growing Haddon Home Care into one of the leading home care companies in the region and can’t wait to get to know you and your loved ones. Linda Brearley - Chief Operating Officer - has over 30 years experience taking care of the elderly. She is a licensed massage therapist focused primarily on massage for elder clients to improve their quality of life and wellbeing. Linda also cared for four of her family members in her home through the hospice experience. After moving to New Jersey from Washington State, she cared for her father-in-law and then worked as a caregiver for a local home care company. Linda quickly became frustrated with the office bureaucracy and low pay, which led her to become an independent care provider with a dream to create a better home care agency that gave the best possible care to clients by hiring, training and paying a decent wage to the caregivers.
