Please join Alex and Matt for a rejuvenating experience on Saturday November 15, 2025 from 6-730PM.

Alex will start the workshop with a 30 minute YIN practice, which is designed to offer deep physical, mental, and energetic benefits by encouraging stillness and mindful awareness.

Through long-held, gentle postures, it targets the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, helping improve flexibility and mobility while releasing tension stored in the body. On a mental level, yin promotes relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Energetically, it supports the smooth flow of chi (life force) through the meridians, fostering harmony and vitality.

Matt will then lead the group into an energetic healing journey using a blend of different modalities, such as reiki energy healing, angelic, shamanic, and multi-dimensional practices designed to elicit deep relaxation within the body but more importantly, healing. During the end of this healing journey, the group will also experience a sound bath, which is a meditative practice where participants are immersed in soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, or chimes. The sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release tension in the body.

Many people experience deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of emotional or energetic balance, making it a gentle yet powerful form of healing and restoration.

Join Matt for an uniquely guided Spiritual Journey & Energy Healing event.

On Wednesday,September 24 from 7pm-8pm. At Healing Hands of Light Spa.

Matt will begin with a grounding and protection bubble exercise to help you feel safe, grounded, and protected in your own energy. Then, he will guide the group in a deep relaxing meditation. This will help your mind activate a theta brainwave state. An ideal state for connection.

He will then guide the group on a spiritual journey to a place in nature for exploration and healing. You will have space to connect with your spirit team and ancestors.

During the spiritual journey, Matt will integrate a blend of many modalities of reiki energy healing including: angelic, shamanic, and multi-dimensional to channel to the group.

Everyone’s experience and ease of connection will be different. Matt will offer helpful, optional suggestions in connecting with your intuition and on how to listen for messages.

Afterwards, he will guide your consciousness back into the earth. Matt will do shamanic drumming and rainstick. This will help you ground back into the earth and bring your awareness back into your body.

Following the session, everyone will have the option to share their experience.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on. Wear comfortable clothing.
