DQ Long Beach Island Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike at Bayview Park

The race will take place Sunday September 21st, 2025 - 7:20 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Bayview Park, 6805 Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach, LBI NJ 08008.

The swim is in the bay, the bike & run will be contested on roads through scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven, the course is flat and fast.

Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 10 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Duathlon Distances: 1.5 mile Run, 10 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 10 mile Bike

Survival of the Mills: 5-Stage Triathlon & Duathlon

It's Race Week! The race will take place on Sunday, September 14, 2025. All events start and finish at Wells Mills County Park, 905 Wells Mill Rd, Waretown, NJ US 08758.

Wells Mills County Park will host a “one of a kind” event this fall. Multisport athletes will be challenged to a very unique and technical 5-stage triathlon or duathlon covering some very challenging terrain. The run has great single track trails that wind you through tall cedars and over long foot bridges.

**Same great trail runs as the original Survival race just a little different order of stages. Nice lake swim and a not so flat road bike course, just not the double bike leg which I know some of you loved and some of you not so much! **

Triathlon Distances: 1.75 mile Trail Run, 0.40 mile Lake Swim, 1.75 mile Trail Run, 12 mile Road Bike, 3 mile Trail Run

Pine Barrens Water Temperature Friday: 74F

Competitors may wear wetsuits if the water temperature is between 60.9 and 78.0 degrees.

We will retake the temperature in the morning on race day.

11th Annual Veterans Haven 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

The proceeds of this event will give financial support for Veterans Haven South in Winslow, NJ a transitional facility for homeless/unemployed veterans. Veterans Haven South has a proven record of 87% success in accomplishing their task of giving Veterans transitional shelter and assisting in gaining employment. Your participation will enable you to have a sense of pride in knowing that you have helped the men and women who have served our country.

DQ Pine Barrens Olympic Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike; Sprint Triathlon & Aquathlon

The race will take place Saturday September 6th 2025 - 8:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at 714 Route 206, Shamong, NJ 08088.

Swim in the beautiful Atsion fresh water lake, bike on flat and fast country roads surrounding the lake, & run mostly off-road through the woods on trails. The bike course is the same for all events.

BRC 5K- Hops & Rocks Beer Fest

The race will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025. All events start and finish at Riverfront Promenade, 110 High Street Burlington, NJ US 08016.

This epic 5K put on by the Burlington Running Club is always a fun run/walk and post-race party. The 5K course is flat and fast through beautiful historic Burlington, NJ with gorgeous views of the Delaware River.

After the race join us at Hops and Rocks beer festival where we will celebrate our fitness victory! All runners who are 21 and over can join the beer festival at a special discounted rate and will receive a FREE VIP hour post-race! Your beer festival ticket will get you unlimited 2oz pours from over 20 participating breweries. The festival will also have live music and food trucks. **Please remember to bring your ID if you plan on partaking in the festival. Event promoters have the right to alter or cancel events for any reason.

7 Mile runners will line up first with a start at 8:30am
5K runners and walker will line up behind the 7 Mile runners with a start at 8:35am.
Please self seed according to your run pace.
We are stroller friendly!
FLAT and FAST course, out and back on closed roads.
3 water stations on the course where the 7 milers will have a chance for water 6 times. 5K gets water at their turn around.
Epic weather conditions are predicted on Sunday, anticipated 63 degrees at race start.
4 color tri blend race tees while they last.
Grab and Go Awards inside the hall once results are posted. Anticipated times: 9:30am for the 5K and 9:45 for the 7 Mile.
