Start your weekend with intention and deep relaxation. Katie will be leading a peaceful All Levels Yoga + Yoga Nidra class tomorrow morning from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM via Zoom.

This 90-minute class begins with gentle movement to awaken the body, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice to calm the mind and nourish the soul.
