Meditation is not about controlling your thoughts; it’s about witnessing them. Your mind will wander, and that’s normal. The practice is in noticing when this happens and gently guiding your attention back to the present moment, to your breath.
As you breathe, you may feel sensations in your chest, belly, or nostrils. When your mind drifts into planning, worrying, or remembering, gently bring your focus back to the breath. This simple act of returning is the essence of meditation, helping you stay grounded.

Meditation isn’t a luxury during chaotic times; it’s a necessity. It's not about escaping stress or forcing yourself into blissful calm. Meditation is about meeting yourself exactly where you are, accepting whatever you’re feeling, and witnessing it without judgment.

Give yourself the gift of stillness and restoration. Join Gwen on Sunday afternoons to gently slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through a nurturing blend of movement, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra/meditation.
