Being a witch promises us a lodestone: a legacy, a lineage of women, weird and wise, who came before us. It gives us a context in which to fit our suspicions, fears, superstitions and our new, unexpected lateral power. It provides meaning in an otherwise barren spiritual landscape, without demanding the sacrifice or cognitive dissonance of most mainstream religions. It suggests a connection to a broad, if invisible, network of other women practicing the Craft. And it promises a compass with which to navigate the unknowable territory of growing older.

Witchcraft is having a moment. But look past pop culture's teenaged spellbinders and consider the encouraging example of the unconventional crone.

When you encounter the virus, which we are hoping is AFTER mid June, you can problem solve or contact me for help , to figure out how many antibacterial pills you can manage to take a day,
and how to optimize your support with what you take.
What we are looking at is precluding you having a respiratory infection, buffering you from both bronchitis and pneumonia. This may take a great deal of antimicrobial efforts on your part.

Your antimicrobial tool chest is:
-Lomatium extract - antiviral and broad-spectrum antimicrobial
-Anti-Bacterial Support capsules
-Oil of Oregano gelcaps in frig
-Anti-Microbial Topical for killing virus in throat and lungs
-Anti-Viral Essential Oil Topical

I estimate that on day 4, if at all possible , you really focus on your protocol
and ramp up your calming inflammation ( to also help reduce fluid and mucous production) and antimicrobial efforts . ( Anti-Bacterial Support , Anti-Microbial Topical swipe for throat, chest, and all lung areas , Lomatium extract a dropper several times a day , Oil of Oregano several times a day.

If you are using the Elder Elixir ( anti-microbial and virus encasing) that dosage can be ramped also .

Some of you have The Anti-Viral essential oil. It will then help to both dowse areas, and swipe very top of neck under chin, and down front sides of neck.

You will FEEL the sore throat and achey chest recede with the topicals quickly, and then as the virus replicates, the symptoms will return.

You are staying calm,
and fight fight fighting the virus, minimizing it’s reach and impact .

Your Lomatium can be increased from 1/2 dropper to a dropper, many times a day. Just keep an eye on your supply .

Good morning clients! Let’s talk about how your Anti-Viral Protocol you are taking once a day is buffering you from these very concerns regarding the Covid-19 virus. And how to problem solve significantly upping the dosages shifting what you take, when you encounter the virus, which I hope will be after mid-June . Text (9am-9pm) or email any questions or concerns you have.

View this video only when and if it is helpful and clarifying, as opposed to causing you worry. If you need no additional information, overlook the WHO video.

1. You are taking an herbal Anti-Inflammatory Support capsule one or more times a day. To reduce your backlog of inflammation and prepare you to increase the dosage as
a. The virus apex approaches your area
b. You experience onset
c. You fight the virus
d. You reduce inflammatory levels, as you mediate the secondary bacterial infection .

If you are a more inflamed person, we will have talked over how many you have chosen to take every day , to offset your degree of everyday inflammation, and seriously ramp down your daily inflammation levels, so that when more inflammation occurs with the virus, you will be well buffered.

2. You are taking one capsule of herbal Anti-Bacterial Support, to mediate present day bacterial overgrowth levels , and to hold you in good stead for
when you encounter the virus ,
your body may become fatigued fighting the virus,
and bacteria begins to grow out of balance.

When you encounter the virus, which we are hoping is AFTER mid June, you can problem solve or contact me for help , to figure out how many antibacterial pills you can manage to take a day, and how to optimize your support with what you take.

The Supreme Protector of organic mushrooms and herbs you have been frontloading will hold you in good stead, and if you have difficulty being able to take enough things, with onset, you can reduce or set aside this, in favor of anti-microbial is an anti-inflammatory.

It’s reach will continue for at least a month after you stop, if you’ve been taking 2 to 4 a day for a few months. during acute engagement, it’s OK to focus on the other factors.

It’s important , for the integrity of your lungs, when encountering the virus, to study how to ramp down your stress levels, and come to your own way of accepting and grasping the present circumstances for yourself and the world.

You are taking at least one Nervous System Support Capsule a day. Many are taking multiple capsules a day, some of my clients are taking six during the day and six at bedtime.

And some of my clients are making their own capsules of this formula and adding a good amount of Valerian Root to sedate and calm them, if they have no cardiovascular conditions. The Valerian Root is contra indicated for those.

If you decide to engage in other measures of stress reduction, ones I have suggested or your own, you will effectively shift how you’re managing your day.

Finding ways of regulating your day, whether you are isolating or an essential worker.
Finding ways of using mindfulness to support 1 to 5 concerns you have each day, so they are well tended to.
Which also provide you with compassion, from you to you. Which you need.

Considering using EFT on a daily basis for all these difficult experiences you are having and the others around you in the world.

Finding time to meditate for five minutes or longer or listen to guided meditations.

All of these measures will begin to ramp down the physiological degree of tightness and tension your nervous system and your muscles and your lungs are experiencing.

Then, if you need to focus more on using anti-microbials, and you leave behind the nervous system herbs, because you need to swallow enough of the other things, you will have in place a more settled down nervous system.

So, prior to encountering this virus,
we are very interested in practicing stress reduction. For the elasticity and resilience of our respiratory system.

Deciding how we can limit exposure to news, just to the things that give us information that matters.
For us being oriented.
For us being able to make good choices.
For us to really effectively unwind what we wind up, that impacts us from our mind to our bodies to our lungs.

You are doing the breathing exercises once a day. To both heal and strengthen and increase the capacity to oxygenate and have agile flexible lungs and bronchioles and air sacs.

You are doing this because you want to optimize your capacity to breathe and break down old adhesions, so that when you encounter the virus, and it impacts your respiratory system, you will be in better shape then you would’ve been otherwise.

Then, when you encounter the virus, you will feel calm and assured.

Whatever you have been choosing to take or use topically , while practicing your day to day life, this is going to be the foundation upon which you stand when you encounter the virus.

Even if you’re not taking anything,
all the ways that you are avoiding congesting foods,
exercising your lungs,
making sure you breathe some fresh air
and crack a window for a while in your home,
exercising anyway that you can,
using EFT,
R aIN,
doing hydrotherapy each day with your feet in hot water ,using a bowl of ice water with a washcloth ,for your forehead and under your chin, intermittently rinsing your feet,
putting magic oil all over your body every other day
and your whole lymph and lung area once a day,
practicing stress reduction every day
and feeling how much better and better you are making sense of all of this.

Doing everything you can to protect your sleep.
Carefully navigating the ways in which you can be connected,
so you get your social needs met.

We understand these things.
We figure out if we want to have a little check off chart on the refrigerator to remind us or not.

And then we sit back. And we let go. We find ways of reinforcing whatever connectedness we have with others. We feel grateful for what we have in our lives. We turn and we study being present.

We understand that when we encounter the virus, there are things that we can use that ramp up our doses of calming inflammation and fighting microbes.

Hydrotherapy reduces fever and even builds immunity
but unlike over-the-counter products for pain and fever,
it doesn’t interrupt the immune process from getting to know the virus
and creating immunity.

Be in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

You take good care, Gwen

Increasing The Health Of Our Lungs
I often suggest breathing exercises to my clients. Because going and practicing breathing strengthens the lungs, and increases lung capacity. It helps lungs be more resilient. And can, to a certain extent, offset constriction, due to congestion or infection.

So we talk about sitting or standing, closing our eyes, after looking at an image of the lungs, back and front and side, and imagine dividing the lungs into sections, to begin like any nice workout.

Only ,when you exercise your lungs, you deeply relax.

Then, gradually, they become more capable of deeper breathing. Into some of the sections.
Gradually, to all of the sections.

Closing our eyes.
Relaxing our shoulders.
We deeply inhale through your nose ,
deeply exhale out your mouth
This is so helpful for the nervous system
Helpful for the respiratory system.

Building strength and elasticity and increased circulation of oxygen and blood and resilience, one inhale and exhale at a time.

So, we divide the front and the back of the lungs into three sections on each side.
And then there are sections
on each side of the lungs , the tops, and the bottoms.

We begin by breathing into section 1 on the front of the lungs .

If somebody has more significant respiratory or cardiovascular challenges, they do this just taking a tiny step.
Just slowly warming up.
Like dipping your toe in the water when you’re going to be learning to swim.

Eventually, with eyes closed, shoulders relaxed, we breathe through our nose into each area, and exhale through our mouth:
1. three sections on the front of one lung, 2. three sections on the front of the other lung.
3. We breathe into the sides of one lung,
4. the side of the other lung,
5. the underneath of one long,
6. the underneath of the other,
7. the top of one,
8. and the top of the other.

Then we breathe into
9. the back of the lungs.
Six sections on the back also.

10. Then we breathe into one lung through our nose, filing it up deeply with air. We feel it stretch just like when we bend and stretch a leg or a muscle. It feels good. The blood flow is accentuated. The nerves come alive.

11. We breathe into the other lung

12. We breathe into both lungs and suddenly can feel their size... we expand the breath and hold the breath gently as our lungs stretch , full
And then we release the breath and exhale through our mouth and our whole body relaxes
Our lungs thrumming with increased oxygen supply and blood flow circulating and air sacs responding and bronchioles becoming more resilient and elastic and capable of holding air and breath.

Our capacity to breathe more deeply and oxygenate are red blood cells more efficiently and deliver a good blood supply to the brain and our extremities and allow our heart to circulate blood with more ease increases.

Smiling with happiness about all of this, our shoulders drop, we feel well oxygenated and deeply relaxed, and happy.

We pause, and feel the lung stretch and expand gently as we gently inhale through our nose and then hold the breath
And then we exhale through our mouth

We practice exhaling quickly through our mouth
We practice pursing our lips and exhaling
s l o w l y through our mouth

Slowly we relax
Perhaps we begin to feel relaxed and sleepy
Sometimes we practice some of this breathing before bedtime
Because it relaxes us for sleep

It engages our prefrontal cortex AWAY from think thinking about other things
It allows our brain to settle and let go of the day and our concerns

Which benefits the depth of our breath

When we are acclimated
to doing this once a day,
and we can have our hands
on our abdomen
as we breathe through our nose into
one section after another of the lungs, exhaling through our mouth
We also are filling the abdomen so full,

That eventually we can hold each breath.
For perhaps a count of three. Or five. Or eight. Not pushing it, not pushing ourselves, just gently feeling it out.

Feeling the pleasurable feeling of pressure that gives us this clear sense of where that part of our body, our lung, is

So that part of the lungs gets to expand
a little bit.
So the air sacs have a chance to fill and stretch with the air.
So that the elasticity begins to increase. And we can develop our capacity to take in all of that air.

The exhale is the letting go.
As we exhale each time, we imagine we are letting go of one concern after another.

-We can just exhale
- or We can purse our lips and push the air out of our lips
-We can touch the tip of our tongue to the top of our mouth just behind the two front top teeth as we push air out of our mouth

Afterwards, we are so much more relaxed.

If we have ANY kind of chronicity of respiratory challenges,
Whether it be asthma, COPD, cardiovascular related breathing challenges, frequent infections, a history of bronchitis or pneumonia, a tendency to shortness of breath, or low level sub clinical bacterial overgrowth,

We want to go slowly and gradually.
So our whole system gets to slowly shift in the way that we are taking in air and expelling air.
And the way that we are breathing more deeply and moving all of the organs around, a massage, increasing circulation and oxygenation.

These are some of the ways we can increase the health and capacities of our respiratory system.

And create resilience in the face of possible infections and pathogens.

Herb and Supplement Supplies :
Hello Everyone! I hope you are all taking good care of yourselves and being creatively PROACTIVE with stress reduction.

Due to many circumstances, the herb companies I refer people to are of course experiencing high demand.

Jeans Greens, who accepts orders for smaller amounts, won’t be taking any new orders until March 25. I imagine at a certain point, they will isolate.

Mountain Rose Herbs is still taking orders, but has a reduced staff, and the orders are taking longer. At a certain point I imagine they will isolate.

I am still able to accept Venmo payments and order dropship orders for delivery at homes, from both Designs For Health and Emerson Ecologics. At a certain point, I imagine they will isolate.

There is also a great probability that eventually the availability of many things will be hampered.

So it’s a good time to calmly figure out what we are capable of stocking up on for the future, and putting some things by.

It’s also a good time to use the supplies we have carefully. With an eye toward a future where we might have to get creative and covering the bases of supporting health.

That said, we always need to take fewer herbs and supplements when we can increase the number of ways we support our health otherwise.

There are endless ways that can be helpful. The ones I suggest most often are

hydrotherapy,

listening to guided meditations,

learning very simple mindfulness and doing it with the five most difficult things you are grappling with, not too early in the morning, and not too late at night.

Doing self work. Using compresses.

Simplifying what we eat, Moving away from things that aren’t very nutritious, or things that inflame us and congest us.

When I began my practice 30 years ago, on a regular basis I taught my clients how to go wild craft available herbs that were growing in clean places, that they could put together to cover the bases of supporting their health.

That is an option for the future, and a good one too.

Be proactive! Make a plan to do something about your stress levels so that your stress doesn’t make you more vulnerable to infection! This is up to you, and you can problem solve how to care for your health.

You take good care, Gwen

Gwen’s Organic and Wildcrafted Herbs
Anti-Viral Protocol
I’ve been distributing my protocol to clients for awhile now. Most of them over time have learned about and used these measures while seeing me for sessions.
This is no magic wand, but an excellent protocol to cover a number of bases for us at a time like this.

It consists of six pills, one spray or gargle, one tincture , and a swipe.

With a fluctuating dose of one to seven times a day, depending on if they are
Preventing
Exposure
Onset
In the thick of it
Reinfecting

It consists of :
1 Anti-Bacterial Support - equal parts goldenseal root powder, myrrh powder and slippery elm powder, mixed and put in 00 capsules, to kill the predictable secondary bacterial overgrowth that infects the respiratory system after fatigue from virus

2. Anti-Inflammatory Support
Devils Claw 4 parts
Boswellia 3
Meadowsweet flower and leaf 3
Bupleurum 2
Jamaican Dogwood 1

3. Nervous System Support-
Scullcap 4
Chamomile 3
Oat Milky Tops 3
Hops 1
California Poppy 1/4

4. Vitamin c with bioflavonoids

5. Supreme Protector- Reishi, Astragalas, Cordyceps, American Ginseng Dodd deep immune support of all organs and systems

6. Oil of Oregano gelcap -Anti-Viral

And

Lomatium Extract 1/2 dropper

Colloidal Silver spray in throat ur gargle

Anti-Microbial Topical- to swipe onto throat and chest to kill microbes
Rue 1
Olive 1
Eleuthero 1/4

This is an Unfamiliar Virus, which makes it brandy new to our immune system, so a bit complex path to creating our immunity to it.

If we contact a small bit, we are more Manageably capable of fighting it off while we are creating our own immunity.

We are isolating me when we can, so that not all of us get sick at the same time. So there’s a flatter curve. So there are more medical personnel and respirators available to the people who are going to be in dire need.

This protocol is designed to be taken once a day, and then if there are no contraindications for someone in terms of pre-existing conditions or medications, the dosage can be ramped up to twice a day with more possibility of contagion around us, two more doses a day if we experience onset or illness and we can manage to swallow the pills. And do the other measures.

As you can see, this covers a number of places, and none of it is a magic wand.
You don’t take the Lomatium and have all the viruses in your body immediately die.
It accesses a certain volume of them and kills a certain volume
and then some of them replicate.
The greater volume of viruses or bacteria beginning to replicate in the respiratory system, threatening infection, the more volume of antibacterial or antiviral things one needs.

Of course, the advantage of learning about all of these measures when there isn’t an unfamiliar virus galloping into town is that you can think carefully about your own situation, you’re on Strank’s and weaknesses, check with a naturopath at medical professional, or just have time to investigate trusted sources and figure out how to translate their estimation.

Regardless, I thought it might be helpful to some to be able to peruse this.
