Here are a few things you might be interested in knowing about me and what I do exactly:
1. I am very passionate about helping people find optimal health and well being, through food and exercise.

2. I do this in many ways, and work with individuals and groups to help them make individualized choices based on their bodies, lifestyles and goals.

3. I focus on overall health and disease prevention

. My main areas of expertise are weight loss, blood sugar control, and digestive health.

4. I am a total foodie, who loves to grocery shop, cook, and eat.

5. I love to teach people about the power of food on overall health, and research current literature pertaining to anything food and nutrition related.

6. I help people set nutrition and/or fitness related goals. We both decide on a written action plan to help them achieve those goals, step by step. I hold patients accountable for their actions, and like to see them through until lifestyle changes have become instilled as habits.

If you’re a mom (any age), consider this excellent training program to regain strength and function! No gym needed. Did this all in my living room, with both kids awake, most days.
