Founded in 2015, Davis Wellness provides training and health-related consulting services for individuals of all ages. We pride ourselves on providing high quality mental health and wellness information to our clients. Ryan focuses on Multisport Training, Julia provides Massage Therapy, and Robin offers Hypnosis. Ryan and Julia first teamed up with Robin when the three realized their practice goals

shared a common thread:

To make a wellness journey effective, it has to be personal. Their ability you create meaningful relationships with their clients cultivates long-lasting and impactful change. Since then, the trio have been actively helping the local community in Western Mass. You can frequently see them at local road races, triathlons and wellness expos.

Well this is a day we won't soon forget! The grit and determination of each of these athletes was a privilege to watch. Summit Multisport athletes showed up in a BIG way at Ironman 70.3 Western Massachusetts. We are so incredibly proud of you and all of your hard work. Looking forward to what the rest of this race season holds!
