Sunlight Exposure and its Benefits

Did you know that some people only need 10 minutes of sunlight a day to begin to reap health benefits? Besides enabling your body to produce Vitamin D, sunlight is good for reducing bacteria, strengthening bones and boosting that immune system! The Sunshine Vitamin keeps your brain working well, with the idea that exposure to the UV helps with lots, including maintaining your circadian rhythm and lower systolic blood pressure. All that considered, go catch some rays!
